Show promoter Baddest DJ Timmy has publicly accused singer Timi Dakolo of failing to repay an alleged debt, despite allegedly promising to settle it weeks ago.
Taking to his social media page, DJ Timmy claimed it has been one month since the singer asked him to take down an earlier post about the issue, assuring him that payment would be made. According to the promoter, the money is yet to be received.
“Today is Friday and Wednesday makes it one month exactly you begged me to archive my post and still Timi Dakolo hasn’t paid us back,” he wrote.
The promoter went on to issue a final warning, threatening to expose details of Dakolo’s private life if the alleged debt is not paid by Monday, July 20.
“If By Monday 20th, the money don’t hit our account, get ready to explain your sexcapades to your wife and all your little adventures in Lagos,” he wrote.
In a separate post, DJ Timmy added, “Dear Timi Dakolo @timidakolo here is your last and final chance. I hear say you get strong head, may the best strong head win.”
As of the time of this report, Timi Dakolo has not publicly reacted to the allegations, which remain unverified.
