American rapper Cardi B has shared her views on how she would react if one of her sons got a girl pregnant while still living with her, insisting that such a decision comes with adult responsibilities.
Speaking during a recent conversation that has since gone viral online, the music star said becoming a parent means taking full responsibility for one’s actions, including living independently and earning a living.
According to Cardi B, she would immediately ask her son to leave her home if he told her he was expecting a child, explaining that adulthood requires accountability rather than continued dependence on parents.
She stressed that her position is intended to teach responsibility, not to punish or reject her children.
In her words:
“If my sons ever tell me that they have a girl pregnant, the day that you tell me that you got a girl pregnant, it will be the day that you will have to get the f**k out of my house.
“And it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because once you make grown man decisions, you have to be a man.
“It’s no mommy’s money, it’s no daddy’s money, it’s no mommy’s roof.
“You have to get out of my house, and you have to get a job, and you gotta learn how to be a man…”
