Supporters at an Osun State campaign rally were treated to an unforgettable moment when Afrobeats superstar Davido joined his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, on stage, creating a scene that has since taken over social media.
The excitement began when Davido arrived at the rally with the governor’s son, Sina “Shina Rambo” Adeleke. However, reaching the stage proved difficult because of the massive crowd that had gathered for the event.
Instead of taking the usual route, the pair climbed over the security barricades. Davido, dressed in a flowing jalabiya, needed a helping hand from people already on the stage after struggling to get over the barrier. Shina Rambo also received assistance before they both finally made it to the governor.
By then, Governor Adeleke was already entertaining the crowd by dancing to Davido’s hit song, “Feel,” from his Grammy-nominated album Timeless. The governor’s performance drew loud cheers from supporters.
As soon as Davido stepped onto the stage, he warmly embraced his uncle before the two broke into a lively dance together, sending the crowd into wild celebrations. The cheerful exchange quickly became one of the standout moments of the rally, with clips spreading rapidly across social media.
