Reality TV star Phyna has opened up about the emotional and physical toll of undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), admitting the procedure has left her with more regret than confidence.
Speaking during a chat with Carter Efe, she revealed that her choice was influenced by personal insecurities and the pressure to match the body standards often portrayed on social media. According to her, life after the surgery has been far from what she expected.
“Since I did BBL, I’ve never had peace. I can’t even breathe well. I’m always tying my body, but I did it because of my insecurities. I see ladies with flat stomachs and wanted mine to look like that too,” she said.
Her revelation has sparked widespread discussion online, with many weighing in on the growing influence of beauty ideals and the possible emotional and health consequences linked to cosmetic procedures.
