Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has opened up about his past lifestyle, revealing that he once spent a huge amount of money on marijuana before deciding to quit.
The singer said he previously spent as much as £1,000 daily on weed during the period he was actively smoking, describing it as a phase of excess in his life.
According to him, his consumption was so frequent that he even had people he paid specifically to roll the substance for him.
Reflecting on the change, Bella Shmurda said quitting was one of the best decisions he has made for his personal growth and well-being.
“One of the happiest thing I’ve done for myself is quitting w33d smøking, I used to spend 1000 pounds on weed everyday, I also have boys that roll w33d for me and I pay them for just rolling.”
The singer, who has continued to rise in the Nigerian music industry, noted that his focus now is on his career and personal development as he builds on his success in recent years.
