A scene from TikToker Peller’s wedding reception has for an X user to allege that the entertainer’s mother asked him to give some of the money he was sharing to a man identified as Oji.
The incident occurred during the reception when Peller brought out a box containing bundles of US dollars and began presenting cash gifts to members of his family.
After giving money to his parents-in-law, Peller moved on to his own parents. It was during this moment that the social media user claimed his mother quietly asked him to include Oji among those receiving cash.
According to the user, Oji is Peller’s mother’s alleged fiancé and was seated with the family at the reception.
The allegation generated reactions because, according to the account, Peller had already moved away from the money box but returned to take another bundle after his mother made the request.
The X user explained his concerns in a post, saying:
“Peller’s mum did something at his wedding that I honestly didn’t like, and I pray for protection and more wisdom for that boy.
“After Peller had given his mum and his parents-in-law money, he went back to the box to pick money to give his dad. While he was doing that, his mum was whispering to him, ‘Fun Oji na, fun Oji na,’ meaning, ‘Give Oji too.’
“Now, who is Oji? Oji is her new husband-to-be, and he was sitting right there at the same table with them.
“Peller had to go back to the box again to take some cash for him.
“I don’t know, but something about that didn’t sit right with me. There should be a level of restraint, especially when it comes to your child’s money. May God protect Peller and give that boy more wisdom and understanding.”
