Actress and media personality Nancy Isime has weighed in on financial transparency in romantic relationships, stating that she does not believe partners need to disclose how much they earn to each other.
According to her, discussing personal income is unnecessary and should not form part of marriage or serious relationships.
“I will never discuss my money with a man. I can never tell a man how much I earn. Why should I? Marriage has got nothing to do with discussing how much I earn and I don’t want him discussing his with me either because I will never ask him,” she said.
Nancy added that she extends the same approach to her partner, explaining that she also has no interest in knowing a man’s income.
She maintained that financial privacy is important in relationships, stressing that she would never ask a man about his earnings and would prefer that such details remain undisclosed on both sides.
