Peller and his fiancée, Jarvis, have moved a step closer to their wedding after visiting the Lagos Central Mosque for an Islamic ceremony, where Jarvis was given the Muslim name Jamilah.
A video circulating on social media showed the couple inside the mosque participating in prayers alongside other worshippers. Throughout the ceremony, they were seen observing the Islamic rites as clerics led the proceedings.
During the event, Jarvis reportedly made the declaration of faith before receiving the name “Jamilah,” marking an important part of the couple’s preparations for their upcoming wedding.
The footage showed both Peller and Jarvis remaining composed and attentive during the prayers while relatives and other attendees witnessed the occasion.
The mosque visit is the latest milestone in the couple’s journey to marriage, as they continue to complete the traditional and religious processes ahead of their wedding.
