Nigerian singer Korede Bello has shared a thought-provoking take on family size while referencing the legacy of pop legend Michael Jackson.

In a viral video, the artiste pointed out that Jackson was the seventh child in his family, using that fact to question how different the world might have been if his mother had chosen to have fewer children.

“I just wondered—what if Michael Jackson’s mother had stopped at two or six kids? He was the seventh. Imagine a world without him just because she chose fewer children.”

He went on to comment on the increasing trend of people opting for smaller families, suggesting that such decisions could limit the chances of exceptional talents emerging.

“Now many people are having just one child. We need more Michael Jackson.”

His statement has since generated conversations online, with varying opinions about his views on family planning and the idea of untapped potential.
