Reality TV star and businessman Whitemoney has called out what he described as steep parking charges at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, alleging he was billed ₦206,000 for leaving his vehicle there for four nights.
The former Big Brother Naija winner took to social media to vent his frustration, questioning how such a fee could be justified for a relatively short period.
“I paid ₦206,000 for parking my car from Friday to Monday. This is very outrageous. How do you pay ₦50,000 to park overnight?” he said.
He also directed his concerns to Festus Keyamo, urging the aviation minister to address what he considers an unfair financial burden on travelers.
His complaint has since triggered reactions online, with several Nigerians echoing similar experiences about high airport service charges, while others demanded more clarity on how such fees are determined.
As of the time of reporting, airport authorities have yet to respond publicly to the claims.
