Financial adviser and social commentator GehGeh has shared his thoughts on the reported breakup between Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo and her estranged husband, Bobby Maris, using the situation to speak about relationships and loyalty.

In a video circulating online, GehGeh argued that women who undergo Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures are often motivated by the desire to attract attention from other men rather than to impress their husbands.

“I have said it before. Anytime a woman does BBL, she didn’t do it because of her husband. She did it to get attention from other men,” he said.

The social commentator also challenged the belief that financial provision alone is enough to sustain a relationship, saying many men wrongly assume that taking care of a woman guarantees her commitment.

According to him, love should be demonstrated through support, especially during difficult times, and men should not remain in relationships where they are constantly undervalued or disrespected.

Referring to Uche Ogbodo’s marital crisis, GehGeh maintained that a woman who genuinely loves her partner should be willing to use her resources, influence and connections to help him succeed whenever he encounters challenges.

“If you’re with a woman who cannot use her money, status or connections to upgrade you, then dump her because that kind of woman does not love you,” he added.

His comments come shortly after Uche Ogbodo announced the end of her marriage to Bobby Maris, revealing that she was “tired of being married to a princess” after spending more than eight years together.
