Content creator Carter Efe has responded after Babcock University disowned the First Class degree certificate he shared online, insisting he would only honour any invitation from the institution if it pays for his transportation.
Speaking during a recent live session, Carter Efe reacted to the university’s statement, joking that he would not appear unless he was given ₦100,000 for his travel expenses.
“Babcock University, I heard you guys are looking for me cause of the fake certificate I posted online, but I won’t show up unless you pay ₦100,000 ticket for me to show up,” he said.
His remarks followed Babcock University’s declaration that the Biochemistry First Class certificate he posted while claiming to be one of its graduates was fake and did not originate from the institution.
The university stated that the document was false, unauthorised and not issued by Babcock University, warning that the creation, presentation or circulation of such a certificate could attract legal consequences.
