Afrobeats superstar Davido has disclosed that he spends more than $200,000 on himself every month, not including what he spends on his wife, children, household or luxury purchases.
The singer made the revelation during a livestream with Davrel, where he spoke about his lifestyle and the factors that influence his monthly expenses.
According to Davido, the amount he spends largely depends on his location. He explained that his expenses are lower when he is in the United States because he lives a more private life with his wife and children.
He added that whenever he is outside the U.S., his spending rises significantly due to his active lifestyle and numerous engagements.
“It depends on my location. I spend less in Yankee because I live with just me, my wife, my kids, but when I’m around, it’s a lot more. Normally, 500, 200, 300K, minus buying jewelry, buying car.. Minus my wife and my household,” he said.
