Brymo has reignited his long-running feud with Burna Boy, using his appearance on the NotJustOk podcast to dismiss the Grammy-winning singer and accuse him of buying his Grammy Award.
Brymo said Burna Boy is not important enough to be mentioned in any of his songs.
“I told him your name no go ever appear for my song. You’re not that important. Who’s your mate? You won a Grammy, and so what? It was bought now. I’ve been told to pay $10,000 for a BET Awards before,” he said.
He also questioned Burna Boy’s musical abilities, insisting that talent matters more than awards.
“Can you perform, can you write, can you sing? I don’t care what fraternity you belong to,” Brymo added.
His remarks come after Burna Boy referenced him in a song with the lyric, “Hustle make you no fall off like Brymo.”
The two singers have been involved in a public rivalry for years, with both repeatedly taking shots at each other, and Brymo’s latest comments suggest the feud is far from over.
