Sean “Diddy” Combs could be released from federal prison earlier than previously expected, according to updated information from Federal Bureau of Prisons records.

Reports indicate that his projected release date has been moved forward to February 23, 2028, a change that suggests a revised calculation of his sentence timeline.

Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted in 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was, however, acquitted of more serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

His legal appeal is still ongoing, while his official release date has continued to shift in recent updates.

According to People, the latest prison records now list February 23, 2028, as his expected release date, although no official explanation has been provided for the adjustment.
