Joeboy speaks about how Mr Eazi changed his life in the music industry, recalling a defining moment when he was forced to choose between quick cash and a career opportunity.
According to him, Mr Eazi once presented him with two options: collect $5,000 instantly or go ahead to record a music project with full financial backing for production and promotion.
“Mr Eazi asked me if I wanted 5k$ on the spot or a chance to make a musical record & he will pay for everything & at the time I had less than 50$ in my account, it was the toughest decision I’ve made in my life,” he said.
Joeboy revealed that the decision came at a very difficult time in his life, as he had less than $50 in his account and was still trying to find his footing in the industry.
He added that choosing the music path became a major turning point that eventually shaped his career and helped push him into mainstream success.
