Nigerian singer Niniola has shared another emotional tribute to her late husband, Michael Ndika, posting a touching video from the period he was receiving treatment in hospital.
The video, shared on her social media page, captured the singer visiting Michael during his final days as she continued to hold on to hope and pray for his recovery. Michael, who was also her husband and longtime business manager, died earlier this year after the couple spent 13 years together.
Expressing the depth of her grief, Niniola said she prayed fervently for him but still finds it difficult to understand his passing.
She wrote:
“God knows that I prayed hard. Michael Ndika I need you. please I just want my baby but they say he’s in a better place .. how?”
The emotional post has drawn an outpouring of sympathy from fans and colleagues, many of whom continue to offer prayers and words of comfort as she mourns the loss of her husband.
