Peter Obi has paid a visit to businessman and social commentator Isaac Fayose following the controversy that erupted after the latter was seen with Seyi Tinubu at a recent event.
Fayose had come under criticism from some supporters of Obi after a viral video showed him interacting with President Bola Tinubu’s son. In response, he insisted the meeting did not signal a change in his political loyalty and expressed disappointment that Obi had never acknowledged his support despite the sacrifices he claimed to have made during previous campaigns.
In a new development, a video making the rounds on social media shows Peter Obi visiting Fayose, with the two seen seated together during what appeared to be a friendly meeting.
Reacting to the visit, Fayose declared that the meeting had put an end to doubts about his political allegiance.
“And for you people wey dey abuse me, you can see that I’m 100% Obidient. Our incoming president, so shall it be!” he said.
