Nigerian singer Omah Lay has opened up about his spiritual journey, revealing how sacred texts have influenced his mindset and personal growth.
In a candid reflection, the “Soso” hitmaker said he has explored both the Qur’an and the Bible, noting that while he found the experience of reading the Qur’an enriching, he feels a stronger connection to the Bible.
“I’ve enjoyed reading the Qur’an, but I relate more to the Bible,” he said.
He explained that his preference is not a rejection of either scripture but a reflection of what aligns more closely with his personal experiences and understanding.
Omah Lay added that both books remain his favourites, as each has played a role in shaping his worldview in different ways.
