Nigerian billionaire industrialist and BUA Group Chairman, Abdulsamad Rabiu, has added a brand-new Bombardier Global 8000 private jet to his aviation portfolio, in a deal valued at around $81 million.

The ultra-long-range aircraft, manufactured by Bombardier, is one of the most advanced business jets in the world and is designed for intercontinental travel with luxury comfort and high-speed performance. Reports indicate the jet will further strengthen his corporate travel capacity across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and other business regions where his conglomerate operates.

Rabiu, widely regarded as Africa’s second richest man, shared a photo of the new aircraft on his Instagram story, captioning it: “Alhamdu Lillah. A new addition. Global 8000.”

The aircraft joins his existing fleet of private jets, reflecting the continued expansion of his business empire, which spans cement, foods, ports, and energy through the BUA Group.

The Bombardier Global 8000 is priced in the range of $78 million to $81 million depending on configuration, making it one of the most expensive and elite private jets in service globally.
