Nigerian businessman Olakunle Churchill has sparked conversations online after sharing a bold message about prioritising his children amid renewed attention on his marriage.
In a post that quickly gained traction, Churchill stated that nothing comes before his kids, a declaration many social media users believe may be linked to recent reports surrounding his personal life.
“As a father, if I’m ever in a place where I have to pick between my kids or anyone/anything else…I’M PICKING MY KIDS. PERIOD!!!” he wrote.
The statement comes shortly after unverified reports claimed that his wife, actress Rosy Meurer, had filed for the dissolution of their marriage on Monday, April 20. Neither Churchill nor Meurer has publicly confirmed the alleged filing.
Adding to the speculation, fans noticed that both parties have reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram, a development often seen as a sign of strain in celebrity relationships.
Churchill and Meurer got married in 2021 and have two children together. Their relationship has remained in the spotlight over the years, partly due to past controversies linked to Churchill’s previous marriage to actress Tonto Dikeh.
Dikeh, who was married to Churchill between 2015 and 2017, had earlier accused Meurer of being involved in her marriage, a claim that triggered widespread public debate at the time.
As rumours continue to circulate, the couple has yet to make any official statement regarding the status of their marriage.
